Mr. Wahlbrink is an Associate with the Morgan Keegan Technology Group. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at Covington Associates, a boutique investment bank in Boston where he focused on mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare, technology, and business services industries. Prior to Covington Associates, he began his career as an Associate in the Investment Management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he devoted the majority of his time to the hedge fund industry. Mr. Wahlbrink received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting as well as an M.S. in Accounting from Boston College. He is also a CFA charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.
