Prior to joining Morgan Keegan Technology Group he was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies in the global communications, wireless internet and network technology global practice group. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Stahl was the Director of M&A for Nokia in the US and earlier worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr Stahl has more than ten years of transaction experience and has advised on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions for public and private technology companies including Finisar, Calix, Networks In Motion, Fleetmatics, CarrierAccess, Harmonic, Infinera, BigBand, Veraz, Bitfone, Protect Data, Nokia, GoRemote, WiderThan and PalmSource. Mr. Stahl is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA). Mr Stahl earned his MBA from the Wharton Business School and holds a Diploma in European Affairs from SAIS, Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics.
