Mike MacKeen founded and leads the Private Capital Markets Group at Morgan Keegan Technology Group.  He is among the most experienced bankers in the private placement industry.  Mr. MacKeen has raised over a billion dollars in expansion capital for emerging growth companies in the software, communications, technology services and network infrastructure sectors.  He has led growth and recapitalization financings for sector-leading high growth companies including VistaPrint, Eschelon Telecomm, Tallan, Allegro Development, Nexidia, Cardlytics and SureBridge.  Mr. MacKeen joined Morgan Keegan Technology Group from Robertson Stephens where he led the Private Capital Markets team on the East Coast.  Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, he executed public and private debt financings for acquisitive clients in the mobile, cable, broadcasting and publishing sectors as a media industry banker for The First National Bank of Boston.  Mr. MacKeen began his career as a marketing manager and one of the first employees at Hyundai Motor America.
