NICK HAILEY Senior Vice President: New York nick.hailey@morgankeegan.com Mr. Hailey is a First Vice President at Morgan Keegan Technology Group working in the New York office. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan Technology Group, Mr. Hailey was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group. During his time at UBS, he worked on M&A transactions in the software, security, telecommunications, and digital media sectors. Prior to UBS, Mr. Hailey ran the Software Architecture Group at Orbit Commerce, Inc., an Enterprise Software company acquired by Digital River in October 2001. Mr. Hailey also served as a technology consultant in Accenture’s Chicago office where he focused on implementing eCommerce systems, internet-based applications, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. Mr. Hailey received an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in Biochemistry.
