AAMER HAI Managing Director: San Francisco aamer.hai@morgankeegan.com Mr. Hai is a Managing Director with Morgan Keegan Technology Group with over eleven years of experience working with public and private technology, media and telecom companies. Mr. Hai joined Morgan Keegan Technology Group from Citigroup, where he was a senior banker specializing in the communications infrastructure sector. Mr. Hai has led a number of strategic mergers and acquisitions, public/private financings and risk management transactions for technology companies, both domestically and internationally. In his career, Mr. Hai has consummated deals with F5 Networks, Ericsson, Infinera, Riverbed, Cisco, Bookham, Avanex, Riverstone Networks and others. Mr. Hai also has prior operating experience, as a semiconductor logic and circuit chip designer at Intel Corporation. Mr. Hai holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
