Prior to joining Morgan Keegan Technology Group, he was a Vice President at Jefferies Broadview in the Software, Services & Media global practice group. Prior to Jefferies Broadview, Mr. Ditty was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for a publicly traded IT services company and earlier worked in the investment banking division at JP Morgan H&Q. Mr. Ditty has more than ten years of transaction experience and has advised on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions for public and private technology companies such as Alibris, Allegro, Appirio, Cyclades, ELT, GoRemote, Pictage, Register.com, RF Code, SendMe, Shutterfly, Symyx, Syntel, Tax Compliance, Inc., TradeBeam, Verimatrix and Welocalize. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and both a JD and BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
