Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cook was an Associate in the Consumer Group at BB&T Capital Markets in Boston where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and public and private debt and equity capital raising. Prior to BB&T, Mr. Cook was an Associate in the international tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Cook received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting, with Distinction, and his M.S. in Accounting from Boston College. Mr. Cook is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
