Ms. Boyd is a Vice President at Morgan Keegan Technology Group working in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boyd was an Associate at UBS Investment Bank in the Alternative Capital Markets Group in London where she specialized in solution capital financings and private placements. Prior to London, Ms. Boyd worked in UBS' Global Technology Group in San Francisco where she worked on a number of M&A transactions in the semiconductor, software and digital media sectors. Ms. Boyd received a BA in Economics from Haverford College.
