Mr. Berstein held Vice President positions at BMO Capital Markets, Needham and Company and Advanta Partners LP, Advanta Corporation’s venture capital affiliate. While at Advanta, Mr. Berstein co-founded and served as Chairman of the New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN). Mr. Berstein also worked in the investment banking divisions at Jefferies Broadview and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Berstein received an A.B. from Cornell University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He currently serves on the Cornell University Council and Entrepreneurship@Cornell Advisory Council.
