Previously, Mr. Bansal worked at technology focused boutique investment banking firms, and as an Associate at Banc of America Securities in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking group. At Banc of America Securities, Mr. Bansal worked on M&A, debt and equity transactions in software, communications equipment and semiconductor segments. Mr. Bansal has also held various positions in product development at Cisco Systems in the Routing Technology Group. Mr. Bansal graduated with an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with Honors from National Institute of Technology, India.
