All Web Leads Acquires InsuranceLeads and Gets Majority Investment from Great Hill Partners
Morgan Keegan is pleased to announce that All Web Leads, a leading online sales lead generation company supplying the U.S. insurance industry, has acquired InsuranceLeads, a provider of online leads to insurance agents, brokers and carriers. To finance the acquisition, All Web Leads has raised capital from Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm with over $2.5 billion under management. The combined entity is now the industry's only "end-to-end" online marketing services company focused exclusively on insurance. Morgan Keegan advised All Web Leads on the capital raise as well as on the acquisition of InsuranceLeads.
