ALICE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO BE ACQUIRED BY BIRDSTEP TECHNOLOGY
Oslo, Norway (November
17, 2004) -- Alice Systems AB, a
premier provider of network access software for the wireless
marketplace, announced that it had entered into a letter
of intent to be acquired by Birdstep Technology ASA, a leader
in IP mobility solutions.
