MEMPHIS, Tenn. (August 21, 2006) – The Board of Directors of RMK Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RSF) today declared three monthly dividends of $0.15 per share.
Monthly dividends will be payable on September 20, 2006, October 19, 2006 and November 21, 2006 to stockholders of record on September 14, October 12 and November 15, respectively. Ex-dividend dates are September 12, October 10 and November 13.
