MEMPHIS, Tenn. (August 20, 2007) — The Board of Directors of RMK Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RHY) has declared three monthly distributions of $0.14 per share. Monthly distributions will be payable on September 19, 2007, October 19, 2007 and November 21, 2007 to stockholders of record on September 12, October 11 and November 15, respectively. Ex-dates are September 10, October 9 and November 13.
