MEMPHIS, Tenn. (May 22, 2006) —The Board of Directors of RMK Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RHY) declared three monthly dividends of $0.13 per share.
Monthly dividends will be payable on June 22, 2006, July 20, 2006 and August 22, 2006 to shareholders of record on June 16, July 14 and August 16, respectively. Ex-dividend dates are June 14, July 12 and August 14.
