MEMPHIS, Tenn. (May 21, 2007) — The Board of Directors of RMK High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RMH) today declared three monthly distributions of $0.14 per share. Monthly distributions will be payable on June 19, 2007, July 18, 2007 and August 20, 2007 to stockholders of record on June 11, July 10 and August 10, respectively. Ex-dividend dates are June 7, July 6 and August 8.
