Executive Committee

John "Chip" Grayson was named head of the firm's Investment Banking division and joined the Executive Committee in March 2004. He oversees mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, funds management and private placements. Grayson joined Morgan Keegan in 1993 after eight years as an attorney and partner in the law firm now known as Baker Donelson. The Memphis native earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Mississippi and a juris doctor from the University of Virginia.
