Chip Grayson

John "Chip" Grayson Jr., executive managing director in Morgan Keegan’s Investment Banking division, is head of the firm’s equity investment banking group where he oversees mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, funds management and private placements. He has served on the firm’s Executive Committee since March 2004. Grayson joined Morgan Keegan in 1993 after eight years as an attorney and partner in the law firm now known as Baker Donelson. The Memphis native earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia.
