Executive Committee

Robert J. Glenn joined Morgan Keegan in 2004 as executive managing director in the Equity Capital Markets division and a member of Morgan Keegan's Executive Committee. Glenn, formerly vice chairman of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, served as a member of its Executive Committee and managed its corporate syndicate origination and execution efforts during his 32-year tenure. Glenn has served as co-chairman of the Securities Industry Association's Syndicate Committee and served on the Corporate Financing Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). He is currently vice chairman of the District Business Conduct Committee Number Seven of the NASD. Glenn is a member of the board of trustees of Darlington School in Rome, Georgia.
