Doug Edwards G. Douglas Edwards was appointed CEO of Morgan Keegan & Company in August 2003. He has served as president of the firm since 2001. From 1996 until 2003, he was also president of the Fixed Income Capital Markets Group. He is currently a board member of the Bond Market Association and actively involved with the Securities Industry Association. Edwards has been with Morgan Keegan & Company for over 25 years. He earned his BBA in marketing and economics at the University of Memphis.
