Audio Visual Equipment

Presentation Services (PSAV) will handle audio visual services for our Homeland Security Technology Conference at the New York Palace.

AV Set up
Each general session room will be set up with a podium microphone, laptop, LCD projector with wireless remote, screen, laser pointer and lavaliere microphone. If you need any other equipment, please call Gail Rimer in Corporate Communications, Morgan Keegan at 901/524-4183 or email your request to gail.rimer@morgankeegan.com by Thursday, May 10.

Note: If your presentation is more complex than a simple PowerPoint presentation (i.e. videos or commercial clips, etc.), please advise Gail by Thursday, May 10th, so special provisions may be made to accommodate these requests.
