MBA Program    

Morgan Keegan's investment banking division regularly hires recent MBA graduates for associate positions. Morgan Keegan looks for individuals with high levels of motivation and initiative as well as very strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills. Associates must be able to quickly analyze financial information and to communicate well with senior managers of clients.

It is our intent to hire Associates who can develop into senior bankers. Associates have the opportunity to gain a great deal of experience and assume significant responsibility due to the flat organizational structure of these divisions. Associates are compensated and promoted based on performance, and are rewarded for excellent work. Morgan Keegan evaluates potential candidates on a continual basis and will extend offers throughout the year.
