Morgan Keegan Ranks Among Top Ten Underwriters in Nation for 2011

Morgan Keegan is one of the nation's leading underwriters of municipal bonds. Notable achievements in 2011:

  • Ninth leading underwriter in the country, serving as senior manager on 488 issues with a par amount of $9.2 billion, according to Thomson Reuters.
  • Dominated municipal bond underwriting in the South Central region of the U.S. for the 18th consecutive year, serving as senior manager on 175 issues with a par value of $2.8 billion. The six-state region includes Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
